Job Description

Natural Club and Resort is currently looking for a poised and well-groomed female Receptionist to join our front desk team in Lahore and Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or upscale restaurants, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills in both English and Urdu.

Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and overseeing check-in and check-out procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with front desk software are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required for application.
