Job Summary: We are seeking a Video Production Manager to lead our daily pre-production operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and managing resources effectively while controlling costs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic planning skills and provide exceptional leadership to our diverse team, prioritizing safety and quality throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations to meet quality objectives, develop and manage production schedules, monitor performance metrics, ensure adherence to company policies, and mentor team members to foster growth.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production operations, demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in ERP systems as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
