Job Description
Roshan Packages Limited is in search of a committed IT Manager to oversee our IT systems and infrastructure across our two manufacturing plants. This position demands strategic vision, efficient operations, and strong leadership skills to ensure business continuity and foster technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities: Leading the IT department, implementing IT strategies, supervising infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, coordinating with vendors, monitoring system performance, and managing budgets are crucial aspects of this role.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 8 years of IT management experience. Strong leadership abilities are essential; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
