Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is searching for a committed Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. This position involves managing customer service inquiries from our international clients through both phone and email communications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer needs, fostering trusting relationships, and adhering to established communication protocols.
Ideal applicants should possess exceptional writing skills, fluency in spoken English, strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in international customer support is preferred. O/A Level education or higher is advantageous.
We provide a competitive salary of Rs. 50,00 per month, along with performance-based incentives of Rs. 10,00, and a 6-day workweek.
