Job Description
Fun City Pakistan is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the warm and welcoming face of our establishment, greeting customers and providing them with accurate information about our rides and games while ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, promoting additional products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests. A minimum of one year of prior customer service experience is required. We are offering flexible shifts, including morning (10 AM – 6 PM) and evening slots (3 PM – 11 PM, 4 PM – 12 AM).
