Job Description

Technics Garments is looking for a committed Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that align with our operational objectives. You will enhance production and supply chain efficiencies while overseeing the complete production cycle, from order placement to dispatch. Key responsibilities include driving continuous workflow improvements, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and setting clear objectives and KPIs for the operations team.

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience as an Operations Manager. The position is based in Sialkot Gpo and requires in-person attendance.
