Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Officer to become an integral part of our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and messages
- Provide assistance with product and service inquiries

Requirements:
