Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is actively seeking an Academic Manager to lead our educational initiatives across schools and guide our principals. The ideal candidate will oversee academic management, cultivate community relationships, and enhance the quality of education for both teachers and students.
Key responsibilities include elevating school performance metrics, building partnerships with parents, recruiting talented local principals and teachers, and developing action plans for underperforming schools.
Qualified applicants must possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Urdu, and have a minimum of three years of educational leadership experience as a principal. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education is required.
