Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is seeking a dedicated and personable Office Boy to join our Administration department. This is a full-time role that will report directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Provide support to administrative staff in daily operations.
Qualifications: Minimum Education: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Salary: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: On-site.
