Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Executive with a strong background in technical recruitment and essential HR operations. This role primarily focuses on spearheading recruitment efforts for field and blue-collar positions while assisting with onboarding and managing the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar job openings.
- Identify and source candidates through diverse channels.
- Facilitate candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding and exit procedures effectively.
Qualifications:
