Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Q.S.A SURGICAL PVT Ltd. This position is open to local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training analysis and maintain the training calendar.
- Administer training sessions for the relevant departments.
- Maintain a database of training and development activities.
- Support the Human Resources Manager in administrative tasks.
- Call new candidates for job interviews to fill vacant positions.
- Complete any assigned tasks from management.
Qualifications:
Education: BBA in HRM. Experience: 1-2 years preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
