Job Description
Amzdudes is on the lookout for a qualified and meticulous Amazon Case Management Specialist to join our Karachi office. This full-time, in-person position is dedicated to managing cases on Amazon Seller Central, with a primary focus on maintaining the overall health of seller accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case logs on Amazon Seller Central
- Draft compelling appeals and action plans
- Ensure prompt resolution of cases
- Maintain compliance with Amazon’s policies
- Accurately document all case activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies
