Job Description
ENCS Networks is looking for a talented HR Analyst to join our team located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, onsite position with a night shift schedule. We offer residential facilities exclusively for female employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of HR data to inform decision-making and facilitate workforce planning.
- Maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate on compensation structures and performance assessments.
- Ensure the accuracy of data within HR information systems.
- Support compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS, and strong data analysis capabilities.
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00 per month.
