Job Description
Dexterz Solutions is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of HR Executive within our onsite team located in Parkview City, Lahore. We are looking for a passionate individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a full-time role that operates in alignment with US time zones, requiring availability from 5 PM to 2 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process.
- Post job openings and conduct initial interviews.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications:
