Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is in search of a skilled Assistant Project Manager for our civil projects. This pivotal role includes overseeing construction and maintenance activities on-site, ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities entail managing construction and post-construction challenges, ensuring adherence to design and contractual obligations, and effectively handling budgetary and time constraints.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in building construction. Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to interpret technical drawings are critical for success in this position.
