Job Description
Ns Violet is looking for a skilled and committed Personal Assistant to improve workflows and provide support to junior staff in Gulshan, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical abilities, ensuring excellence in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time position requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and a preference for graduates, with applications welcomed from male candidates. Key responsibilities include administrative support, calendar management, document preparation, communication organization, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Required skills include proficiency in DocuSign, strong administrative skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and familiarity with QuickBooks. The salary for this position ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
