Job Description
K.H. FAMA Textile Processing Pvt. Ltd. is currently on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist. This role will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, handling front desk responsibilities and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct incoming calls.
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
- Sort and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Provide information to visitors and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
