Job Description
Fauji Foundation is seeking a dedicated Software Support Technician to provide crucial technical support to our internal users, ensuring the effective functioning of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document user complaints and troubleshoot issues related to the Medix System and hardware.
- Resolve technical issues through remote access to the Medix System.
- Coordinate with IT professionals to resolve user concerns efficiently.
- Install new hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Assist in managing the hardware inventory and addressing networking challenges.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least an FSc/FA/Matric with a Computer diploma and 2-5 years of experience in network and hardware support.
