Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is actively looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our Lahore office. The successful candidate must be fluent in Urdu and/or Punjabi, possess excellent communication skills, and effectively manage customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient verbal communication skills in Urdu and/or Punjabi
- Customer service-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
