Job Description
Reporting To: Production Manager
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division – Operations
Location: Karachi – Korangi Plant
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in overseeing manufacturing and finishing operations, ensuring adherence to Abbott’s GMP/EHS policies, local regulatory cGMP requirements, and approved documentation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing and finishing processes.
- Troubleshoot production-related issues.
- Follow monthly ADS and supply plans.
- Minimize waste and enhance yield while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Train team members on relevant procedures.
Qualifications: A Science Graduate or Master’s degree, preferably Pharm D, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
