Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is seeking to hire Banking Helpline Agents. In this role, you will engage with customers through incoming calls, providing them with a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Resolve issues and complaints accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer accounts as necessary.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (commensurate with performance).
Education Requirement: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 6 months in a customer service role within the banking sector.
Location: Lahore (In-person required).
