Karis Smart Solutions is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Assistant to join our expanding team. This junior-level role is ideal for an organized individual who is eager to learn and possesses basic computer skills, especially related to e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices and records utilizing MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Create and oversee communities using WhatsApp marketing software.
- Process orders and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Accurately sort and pack orders.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
- Assist with basic customer communication.
