Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Intern to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN/WAN networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Key responsibilities encompass supporting daily IT operations, managing user accounts, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and documenting network changes. Additionally, the intern will aid with hardware installations, respond to support tickets, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
