Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a highly regarded telecom company, is inviting applications for dedicated Banking Helpline Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Helpline Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer calls with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information and solutions.
- Processing orders and payments correctly.
- Updating customer accounts with necessary information.
Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00 to Rs55,00 based on performance. Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in the banking sector is required. Location: This is an in-person role based in Lahore.
