Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Associate to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking payroll data, including monitoring employee work hours, preparing compensation checks, and addressing inquiries related to wages and deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately collect and calculate employee work hours, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare compensation checks and generate payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations at both company and state levels.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and deductions.
- Oversee EOBI and Social Security matters for all employees.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, prior experience in payroll processing, advanced mathematical skills, and strong communication abilities are required.
