Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is in search of a committed and customer-focused Female Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, orders, and providing product information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Offer detailed product and service information to assist customers.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process orders and manage product returns efficiently.
- Keep customer records up-to-date.
- Follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues as required.
Location: Near NADRA Registration Centre, Faisalabad.
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
