Job Description

Whiteace Healthcare is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the US medical billing industry. This onsite role in Phase 8, Lahore is ideal for candidates with a strong background in revenue cycle management and client relations within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in US medical billing.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance our client base.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and RCM decision-makers.
• Conduct market research and prepare compelling sales proposals.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of business development experience in medical billing or healthcare outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of RCM, CPT codes, ICD-10, and billing software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs200,00 – Rs250,00/month
