Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Helpline Agent in our respected telecommunications company. We seek candidates who fulfill the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: At least a graduate from a recognized university.
- Communication Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu, possessing a neutral accent.
- Location: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Work Experience: Ideally 6 months to 2 years in a relevant field.
- Compensation: A monthly salary of Rs. 45,00, inclusive of performance-based incentives.
- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts on a monthly basis.
In this full-time role, you will manage customer calls, provide online assistance, follow up on inquiries, handle Network Trouble Tickets, and maintain accurate records.
