Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Closer to enhance our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing performance metrics, and providing vital support to our sales team to drive productivity. Your tasks will include maintaining sales tools, analyzing performance data, and collaborating effectively across teams to streamline operations.
Please note that this position requires night shifts, as it supports international campaigns.
Compensation ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, along with attractive bonus opportunities that could total up to 1 Million.
Candidates should possess strong English language skills and a solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques.
