Job Description

Max Solutions is currently looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Urdu and possess outstanding communication skills to effectively assist our customers.

Qualifications:

• Proficient verbal communication in Urdu
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a call center (not mandatory)
• Skilled in managing both inbound and outbound calls

Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
