Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC is urgently seeking qualified female candidates with hands-on experience in the US truck dispatching industry. We are looking for a dedicated Truck Dispatch Executive who can earn up to $70,00 per month, including commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide accurate shipping information to clients.
- Maintain comprehensive records of communications and shipments.
- Handle invoices and all shipment-related documentation.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
- Negotiate rates and establish delivery timelines.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of truck dispatch experience and excellent English communication skills are required.
Work hours: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM, 5 days a week. This is a full-time role with a salary range of $55,00 – $70,00 per month.
