Job Description
Position Overview:
The MSE Officer is tasked with overseeing loan applications for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This role entails fieldwork, engaging with clients, conducting financial analyses, and managing the loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential MSE clients.
- Thoroughly evaluate loan applications.
- Develop comprehensive credit proposals.
- Ensure the health of the loan portfolio.
- Monitor and provide support for client businesses.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required; 1-2 years of experience in microfinance is preferred, with a solid understanding of business and finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00 – Rs50,00 per month
