Job Description
Fun City is on the lookout for a passionate Guest Relations Officer to engage with our customers and elevate their overall experience. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a liaison between our customers and Fun City.
- Present our products effectively while addressing inquiries.
- Utilize CRM software to monitor and track leads.
- Submit weekly sales reports to the Centre Manager.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Demonstrate a courteous and approachable attitude.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in outbound sales.
Essential skills: Proficiency in SEO, media editing software, and excellent communication abilities.
