Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to serve as the voice of our brand at Shafaq n Kami Salon. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell our diverse range of salon services.
- Maintain precise records and conduct follow-ups with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in tele-sales or a call center environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and solution-oriented approach.
