Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking an Enrollment Marketing Specialist to drive student enrollments and cultivate relationships through effective outreach, targeted campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert leads through phone calls, emails, and events.
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Represent the organization at educational fairs and webinars.
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and monitor engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
