Job Description
Bachaa Party is on the lookout for a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to enhance our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, setting individual goals, and monitoring team performance. Key responsibilities include supervising the sales team’s activities, coordinating with marketing for lead generation, and providing ongoing training and motivation to team members.
