Job Description
Sigma Digital Solutions is currently looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with experience in technical recruitment and teamwork.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee files and overseeing daily operations
- Supporting performance management and training development initiatives
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Shift Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Location: F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad
