Job Description
We are in search of a proficient Collections Manager to lead our debt collection operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management along with a demonstrated history in credit and collections.
Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the collections team, establishing collection targets, and devising strategies to enhance collection efficiency. You will also be tasked with analyzing accounts and generating reports to track progress.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is preferred, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of experience in the collections field.
