Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is currently looking for a committed Technical Support Trainee. This position focuses on resolving internet connectivity challenges, maintaining network infrastructure, and delivering exceptional technical support to both residential and business clients.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot connectivity problems, guide customers through hardware setup processes, monitor network performance, and assist with infrastructure implementation.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, a solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Internship | Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month | Work Location: On-site
