Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Specialists to join our team in F.B. Area Block 10, Karachi. This full-time, onsite position requires candidates to work a 9-hour shift within the hours of 6 PM to 6 AM, six days a week. The successful applicants will provide exceptional support to our international clients, efficiently resolve customer inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, assess customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams.
Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of customer support experience, excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, familiarity with CRM tools, and a detail-oriented mindset. Compensation ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
