Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad
About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will troubleshoot telecommunications issues, provide support through phone, email, and chat, maintain accurate records, and remain knowledgeable about our products.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a 3-year diploma in a related field, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. The age limit is 32-35 years, and the position is open to male candidates only. A motorcycle and valid license are required.
