Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our claims processing team. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and accurate submission of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise team activities to maintain operational excellence
– Ensure the timely submission of insurance claims
– Monitor and promptly resolve claim rejections
– Provide training and constructive feedback to team members
– Collaborate effectively with other departments
– Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Compensation: Rs10.00 – Rs20.00 per month
