Job Description

Link HR Consultants is currently seeking a dedicated full-time, on-site Call Center Manager to join our team in the UAE. This critical role entails overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and analyzing key metrics to drive success.

Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, have prior experience in call center management, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Salary range is between Rs4,00.00 and Rs5,00.00 per month. The application deadline is June 24, 2025.
