Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our office. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver general administrative support, including mailing and filing.
- Ensure timely communication with clients.
- Prepare and manage official documents using MS Word.
- Organize office activities and events effectively.
- Professionally handle incoming communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
