Job Description
W4WORK is actively looking for a dedicated full-time Sales Trainer to join our night shift team. Ideal candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development, with a strong preference for those with experience in sales training.
Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, designing customized training programs, and collaborating with teams to improve trainee retention. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage training groups of up to 100 participants are crucial for this role.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs100,00.00 to Rs200,00.00 per month. A willingness to travel is also required.
