The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of international recruitment experience, specifically within the US market. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment technologies is a must. Additionally, strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
