Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Xfinity Inbound Agent to manage inbound customer calls related to billing inquiries, service issues, and general support. The candidate will help resolve billing discrepancies, process payments, and troubleshoot internet, TV, and phone services. Strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers on products and promotions are essential.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in Xfinity sales, and inbound sales or call center experience. Flexibility to work night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
