Job Description
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd, a prominent US-based Outbound Call Center, is seeking a qualified Team Lead/QA Specialist for our Karachi office. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, provide coaching to team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and training to team members

- Assist in generating daily performance reports

Key Requirements:
