Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal operations regarding compliance, contracts, and corporate governance.
- Register and manage onshore companies in Pakistan and offshore entities in multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and international business transactions.
Key Qualifications:
- Law degree (LLB/LLM) required.
- Expertise in corporate law and international business law.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and compliance.
