Achha Foods is looking for a dedicated Senior IT Executive to oversee our IT infrastructure, deliver software and ERP support, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues.
- Offering technical support for dairy-specific software.
- Administering databases and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Conducting employee training sessions.
- Implementing cybersecurity protocols.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT support experience in an FMCG environment is required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
